The skirt elegantly drapes narrowly from the hip into a beautiful fullness at the hem. A lovely ruffled lace adorns each tier and the bottom skirt hem. Best of all, the design features a classic interior ribbon loop bustle system in the front, which means the look can go from Bohemian to Burlesque all with the tie of a few ribbons.
