Felene Skirt

The new Felene Skirt features delicate shimmering tulle cut in to a plentiful A-line, with three tiers of 3" ruffled lace at the hem and side ribbon drawstring gathers. Leave the side gathers undone for a classically elegant look, or gather up to the waist for a bewitchingly feminine swag design. A gentle ribbon drawstring waist makes sizing perfect. Ideal for layering over another skirt, wearing with leggings, or as a petticoat. Unless otherwise requested, black lace trim will be used for all skirt colors except white/ivory, where white or ivory trim will be used.
