From the first line released in 1998, the crushed panne velvet Liseron Circle Skirt has been a long-time favorite.
A full circle
style skirt pattern creates maximum fullness and flare from the waist.
Features a floor-length crushed panne velvet construction with 3" ruffled lace trim and a soft elastic waistband.
Unless otherwise requested, black lace trim will be used for all skirt colors except white/ivory, where white or ivory trim will be used.
