Q. How much is shipping within the USA?
A. Shipping within the USA is FREE regardless of your order amount.

Q. I live outside of the US. How much will it cost to ship my order?
A. A starting rate of $8.99 USD for all orders shipping outside of the US for the first item, plus an additional $3 per additional item.

Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
A. We ship within 10-14 business days, even for custom orders! If you order during a very busy season (March/April and September/October) or you live outside of the USA, your order may take a few days more. Please drop us a line if you would like to place an order for a special event and have a deadline we need to meet! We are glad to accommodate if possible and we also offer a rush shipping option of $49.99 per item, which can be selected during checkout.

Q. Can I pay extra to have an order arrive faster?
A. Yes, we have a rush delivery option of $49.99 per item that can be selected during checkout. This will ensure your item is shipped to you within 7 business days via FedEx for the USA and UPS for outside the USA. This option is available to all destinations we ship to including non-USA locations.

Q. What shipping carriers do you use?
A. US orders will be delivered by FedEx and international orders ship via UPS.

Q. I placed an order but the system says it cannot find an account with my email address. What's going on?
A. The system does not automatically create an account for you during checkout unless you choose to do so. If you placed your order without creating an account, or without being logged in to your existing account, the system cannot track your order. Creating an account after your order is placed (even if you have created your account with the same email address you placed an order with) will not automatically populate your existing order into your account. We're sorry, but the system just isn't quite smart enough to do this yet!

Sizing & Size Chart

Q. I would like to order a standard size, but my measurements fall in between two sizes. What size should I order?
A. We strongly suggest you provide us with your measurements instead of ordering a standard size if your measurements do not fall within our size chart. Standard sizes are offered for convenience, but our custom option offers the best fit. If you choose to order a standard size, go with the larger size your measurements fall in to, as it's easier to take something in than to let it out!

Q. Does it cost more for a custom size versus a standard size?
A. No. Because each item is created at the time the order is placed, we can easily create every item exactly to your needs.

Q. Do you offer plus or petite sizing?
A. Yes. Just select "custom" as your size option and provide your measurements. We do not charge any additional fees for custom or plus sizing!

Q. How do I take my measurements?
A. We suggest having a friend assist you. Obtain a soft measuring tape from your local fabric store and send the following measurements in inches or centimeters (we can convert!):

Height | Chest (bust) | Waist | Hips
Length from waist to ankle, or desired length of skirt from waist to hem
Length from underarm to waist
Length from underarm to wrist, for items with long sleeves
Include any other pertinent information for the styling of your item.

Please use the following sizing chart to determine the appropriate standard size to order.

Returns & Replacements
Because all items are made to order, we do not offer refunds. We do offer replacement or alterations to an item free of charge if you are at all unsatisfied with your purchase! Items must be returned within 30 days, be in an unworn condition and with tags intact for replacement or alteration.
