   When I placed my order, I didn't notice that it could take up to 3 weeks to receive. Unfortunately I needed this for a special event, and I sent an email to Rose Mortem to see if they could rush the order without paying the fee because the event was in 2 weeks, not 7 business days that their rush fee is for. They assured me that they could meet the date, and the day before the event the skirt arrived FedEx. Not only is it beautiful, but the fact that they cared about the date I needed it meant the world to me! (Posted on 4/20/09)
