The elegant circle pattern design keeps fabric from piling around the waistline while still providing breathtaking fullness throughout. Waistband is soft elastic. Although we offer standard sizing in our drop-down menu for dress sizes 2-20, we also offer custom and plus sizing at NO additional charge. We are a custom couture boutique - all of our items are made to order at the time the order is placed, and typically ship within two weeks.
