Because all items are made by hand at the time your order is placed, we do not offer refunds or exchanges (there is no inventory to exchange from). This is true for all items, including standard sized items. When you place an order, you are commissioning a personal work of art. However, we do offer alterations to an item free of charge if there is a design problem. We take client satisfaction VERY seriously! Please visit our Etsy store to view our current feedback. If you find that an item you have ordered has a flaw, please send an email first, describing what the issue is that you are experiencing so that we can work with you to solve it. Any alterations requests must be submitted via email so that we can be sure to keep your request in writing. Items being altered must be returned within 30 days, be in an unworn condition and with tags intact.
